Conference attendees will go on a guided tour of Oslo's new central library Deichman Bjørvika with Library Director Knut Skansen and Head of Library Services Annike Selmer.
Deichman Bjørvika was named the Public Library of the Year in 2021 by the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA).
